Tutsu (#136) is a Wind /Melee Temtem.
It evolves from Tuwai after being brought to the Melee Shrine at Chieftain's Barrow. It's one of Tuwai's final evolutions, the others being: Tukai, Tulcan, Tuvine, Turoc and Tuwire.
